Staff was very helpful in resolving some minor issues. Breakfast AND dinner were complimentary. Good location. Clean rooms, though they could use some updating and maintenance.

The front desk staff especially Patricia Issac was the most courteous and helpful. Kind. All the staff was amazing. I would recommend this hotel 100%.

The room was clean and ready, plus they offered breakfast and supper! I really needed both as I didn't want to overspend!!!

The hotel was well-located for the things I wanted to do and see in Natchez. The evening meal was a bonus! I liked the pool

The lady doing the meals was exceptionally friendly! This is the 1st place I’ve stayed that offers supper in addition to breakfast. Even though I checked in and out after the meals were done I was still offered the food. I wish I had gotten her name.
